Agendas and Minutes
The Foundation Board of Directors meet on a monthly basis to discuss items pertinent and relevant to the daily operation and health of the Foundation. All meetings are conducted in the manner prescribed by the Ralph M. Brown Act. The monthly agendas contain old and new business, as well as topics/items from the floor. All minutes are recorded and filed for every meeting.
