Third Annual 2004 Golf Classic

The EAST LOS ANGELES COLLEGE FOUNDATION is proud to present the Third Annual 2004 Golf Classic October 22, 2004 at the Montebello Golf Course, Montebello, California. An awards banquet will be held at Steven’s Steak & Seafood House immediately after the tournament.

To the East Los Angeles College Friends and Families,

We are pleased to announce that the East Los Angeles College Foundation will be hosting our 2004 Third Annual Golf Classic. The Golf Classic is the second of our two annual major fundraising events. Through the generous support of ELAC family and friends, we offered over $35,000 worth of scholarships and $5,000 in book grants to deserving ELAC students this last academic year. The Foundation supports many of the unfunded programs of the College, such as art projects, a literary journal, and portions of the Escalante Math and Science Program.

We hope that you can join us for a day of golf and camaraderie. Tournament play will include breakfast, lunch and refreshments on the course in a fun Caribbean theme with many raffle prize opportunities. The awards dinner will be held after the tournament at Steven’s Steak House. Last year’s sold-out event was a tremendous success so please reserve your place early.
