Selina S. Chi

Selina has served as the Executive Director since 1999. In her short tenure, she has already helped revitalize the Foundation’s operation, fundraising activity, and the participation of the Board of Directors. As co-author and implementer of the Title V Co-op Grant for ELAC, Selina has enhanced foundation development and grantsmanship, produced business partnerships, and significantly increased the Foundation’s endowment base. Mrs. Chi is the Dean of Resource Development and Community Relations for East Los Angeles College.
