The Foundation Board
of Directors, under the strong leadership of President Moreno,
lent their financial strength and advocacy to help the passage
of Bond Proposition A & AA. Funds from both bonds support the
construction and major renovations that have already been underway
at ELAC, which will transform the campus into a state-of-the-art
educational facility and services. This will be the legacy of the
current administration of the ELAC Foundation Board of Directors,
with Sal Varela as Chairman of the Board and Selina S. Chi, as
Executive Director.
