Employee Payroll Deduction Program allows employees to have a specified
tax deductible dollar amount drawn monthly from their payroll check and
designated to a specified fund or program for ten months out of the year.
Employees can create and participate in scholarship development individually
or collectively like the English Department and college administration.

print the response form and follow instructions for return and
